WOW! I couldn’t believe how much better our house looked after STAGING. It was particularly amazing because they used the furniture that we owned. We have continued to enjoy the staging and find the house more functional that it was before. The overall look and feel of the house went from cluttered and tired to updated and spacious. I was amazed at how different the rooms looked. They were more put together but more comfortable. Staging our home made the rooms “appear” more neutral to help someone feel as though they could live here. The changes that were made absolutely made a positive effect on buyers as we had 3 offers in 48 hours!

My original contract was to have Art of ReDesigning work on several rooms in my home…redesigning my formal living room, guest bedroom, formal dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, sitting area and loft. I also wanted help with accessorizing specific areas in my home. I heard about ARD by going through several websites on interior design. When I came across “Art of ReDesigning,” the home page caught my interest. The photos in the Photo Gallery looked cozy and comfortable (I loved the “before and after shots”). The logo also struck my interest. It was different. When I read about Denise Baker, the designer, I immediately felt her passion to share her natural-born talent.

Your services were very professional…yet personal! The work alone was perfect for my home. Everything that I wanted to have done was not only completed, but exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed watching the transformation of beauty and elegance take place in my own home. I loved the personal touch. I was very comfortable to share my ideas and see it done just the way I’d imagine it to be. Denise became not just my interior designer, she became a personal friend.

I actually was surprised, after the initial placement of furniture, how much room I really had. It opened up space in each room and felt refreshing and new. I love a home that’s beautifully decorated, yet practical for family use.

It was always easy to communicate my ideas and to see everything coming together. I enjoyed the process. I also enjoyed learning simple decorating tips and feeling confident with the ideas of the designer. I think the first hurdle to get over when hiring professional help is trust. After my first consultation, I felt immediate trust in Denise.

I would absolutely recommend Art of Redesigning. Denise came into our home, observed what we had around and worked accordingly. She came to know me personally and recognized what was important to me. I felt that she took every project and personalized the décor perfectly to my likings. What talent!

I contacted ARD to makeover my family room including new tile, furniture, paint and accessories. I found ARD through the BBB online website. I really liked working with Denise, sharing ideas, what for where, etc.. Shopping for these items with Denise made the biggest impact. I enjoyed shopping to make the room inviting and cozy and enjoyed learning of new resources in the community. I contracted ARD to help me with furniture arrangement with my move and decorating of my new home. I was surprised at how Denise was able to use almost all of my furniture and accessories in beautiful (to me) ways. WOW! Why did I wait until selling the house to have Denise come in? The simple things (why I didn’t figure it out) like changing the rug and positioning the love seat.
